They had really great flex time schedules. During the summer months we were able to work 10 hours Monday through Thursday and get a three day weekend. Loved that
Cons
There was not a lot of room for advancement. The pay-scale was about average for the type of work that they required.
We're always open to improving the music rotation to give everyone a chance to hear their preferences (so long as it is not too disruptive). We're a bit limited by Sirius offerings. We are open to exploring Spotify or Pandora - talk to HR!
Good benefits.
Good coworkers.
Everyone plays a part in the success of the company.
Trying to continuously improve.
Cons
While most of the employees are team players, there are some who still don't understand the importance of being on time and being reliable. When someone is late, if affects all of us.
