I wish I had something to say

Cons

Lack of training, and then blame placed on employees when issues that could have been avoided with proper instruction arise. Abusive management which is well known to HR and brushed aside in favour of productivity. High staff turnover as a result of said abuse.

Pros

A decent place to start a career and gain FMCG knowledge across the board. Benefits include medical aid, provident fund, etc -included in the total package.

Cons

Employee turnover is ridiculously high. Recruiting new employees to fill vacant positions is a slow process and often not fulfilled with work eventually being absorbed by current employees permanently. Compensation not market-related. Long working hours including overtime with no additional compensation. Lack of support from senior management. Sales culture orientated. Clients come before employees. Little room to grow as a junior with promotions hard to come by.
