Unfortunately Nielsen doesn't give you any power to correct those situations, meaning you will earn MUCH less than expected. Equipment and software they use is horrible, causing malfunctions, causing you to earn less. Management will take advantage of you just to make their numbers look .1% better. Expectations are often unrealistic and unobtainable. One of their pillars is "Growth", however that only applies if it is a convenient situation for them.
