Pay is way below the market so it’s impossible to keep good talents with the company . I’ve seen SO many top performers left within past 6 months. They hire people outside with a okay price, which sometimes can be 20-60% higher than the salary they pay for the current employees - very demotivating. Since the pay is still below the market price, new hires are usually mediocre . Annual refresher is a joke. A LOT OF POLITICS. Annual review is not always based on the performance. Low performers can get better ratings than top performers. Promotion is very slow. Leaders refuse to learn the latest ML techniques/design - code style and code quality are not consistent. It might be a fine place for new graduates but definitely not for a senior person.
