      The people that work there are great and the hours can be flexible.

      Cons

      VP and above are very deceptive and they will talk about the "people" but then try to find ways to get them out. Work load is exhaustive

      Pros

      The job itself is entertaining. If you ever feel like the daily tasks are gettign monotonous all you need to do is let a manager know. Cross training and availability for advancement are always right at your finger tips

      Cons

      Learning some of the systems and short cuts takes some time. These systems are not user friendly and they take some poking around to get used to. Training in the systems themselves is not long enought or nearly intense enough. Part timers do not get any benefits.
