      Sometimes there are difficulties when trying to enact change with in the organization or with the client based upon cost constraints outside of our control

      Incredible breadth of opportunity, unparalleled in the industry Proactive senior management, changing the culture for the better Just starting to recognize and reward high performers

      Cons

      Large organization with a matrix of hurdles to jump over to serve the clients (we are our biggest impediment) Loose matrix structure can lead to a lack of support, forcing senior executives to succeed based upon their own personality rather than organizational strength Low pay for long-term employees, who are loyal and don't know any better
