      loyalty is one-way traffic. employees care more about the company than viceversa . Immature management team. Immature executive leadership. Appreciation of US based employees is non-existent

      Great work life balance as nothing is ever important and no goals are ever set

      Cons

      No leadership, No transparency , No goals, No promotions No salary increases (and low pay), No full bonuses, Company makes false promises about growth and career opportunities.

      -Decent work/life balance -Good stepping stone

      Cons

      -Nielsen has made it clear they don't care about employees -Salary is way below market value -Constant scare of layoffs is exhausting & sad -Nielsen has done 2 big rounds of layoffs in 2023 which creates more work for remaining employees with no additional pay (the pay in general is dog crap) -No raises in several years -No promotions in several years -Management is not honest with employees
