I could make a 10 page lists as to why it isn’t good to work at Nighthawk. They are rude and disrespectful. They will and have cheated their employees out of money. They will and have charged their employees for a high rental fee of over $300 for a used uniform. They will and have threatened their employees to blacklist them if they do not give them a 2 weeks notice. Even if you give them a 2 weeks notice they also will lower your pay to minimum wage. They will start you off at $9.50 but it’s really minimum was cause they take out about $75 each paycheck. I have invested more money into this company than I ever got paid for.

The biggest con of this company, is the strive to be number one thing. Because everyone here gets it in their head that you have to call for every little thing that another person does wrong. Everyone here will stab you in the back at a moments notice. They dont work together as a team like security should be, they would rather see you lose your job. Rumors get spread about you. There only a few good people there. This place is awful, save yourself the time and find another place.
