      Managers meddle too much

      My job pays decently, and it's stable.

      Cons

      The problem here is that the managers meddle too much. The leadership of Nighthawk Security is full of micromanagers who are also toxic perfectionists. They have extremely high expectations and want everything to be perfect. Micromanagers and perfectionists are a horrible combination, and employees here can attest to that.

      The benefits are okay, and my co-workers are great.

      Cons

      Honestly, my work here at Nighthawk Security is too mundane. There are no opportunities for advancement for the employees, so there's also no room for growth and learning. My job here is basically a dead-end job with no prospects for further career and personal development. It's not the worst, but it's also far from being good.

      Pros

      $22.00 per hour which is well above industry standard for an unarmed guard position. The management does not hide their willingness to promulgate an antagonistic relationship with the employee.

      Cons

      on your first day you will find out that you must pay the company to rent a mostly used uniform for $300.00. If a uniform item becomes unserviceable the employee will pay to ship it back to the employer. Often times the company will send you a uniform item that is unserviceable and you will have to pay to ship it back to the company.
