      Pros

      Simply put, excellence. The work environment and culture are like no other. I have obviously held other jobs but NINE is by far the best.

      Cons

      Surprisingly, Very little to no cons. I do my job to the best of my ability and that is what is expected at NINE.

      Pros

      Small company, great group of people, awesome health benefits and overall great place to work at in Houston, Tx. We are near amazing restaurants, minutes from the Galleria, NRG, and the Toyota Center.

      Cons

      Small company, so some processes are still being implemented. Vacation time could be more.

      Pros

      -Commitment to a good workplace from all levels of management (local/regional to executive). -Consistent effort to keep employees in the field, even in periods of market slowdowns. -Truly care for employee safety. -Robust support staff to support field operations. -They honor your dedicated time-off during hitch rotation (rare in the oil field).

      Cons

      -If you're good at your job, management will expect you to go above and beyond (that could be perceived as good or bad).
