      Pros

      Nine's approach to the market is to remain well balanced in technology and conveyance. As an employee, I also appreciate the balance that management maintains between direction and autonomy.

      Cons

      My evaluation of this is TBD. I have only worked for the company for 6 months.

      Better than Gold and Colder than Ice

      Pros

      Gary and Ray are the best managers in west Texas, 2000+ guns shot in a month and are there for all their employees. Gary’s Hard work is influential and it compliments Ray’s brilliance. MTX WL is the greatest WL company in the US.

      Cons

      Hours are long but Paychecks are good
