      Learned a lot about wireline from plug and perf to logging

      Cons

      Lowest paid operators around was constantly worried about losing my job due to a mistake by myself or someone on the crew...overlooked a lot of good guys cause the “right” people disapproved

      Great pay for all the hrs

      Cons

      No sleep, treat you like a step child, fire you if the person who got you hired quits, better have all copies of your pre and post trips handy dont lose them even if the book is in the cab of tractor

      Medical Insurance cost and coverage is good

      Cons

      Salary and bonus equals little compared to hours. You have no control in which crew you are on, so no control of ability to increase bonus. They do not listen to employees

      Our entire compensation package, including benefits such as medical, is among the most competitive in the industry. Not only is it a rich plan, but Nine pays significantly more of the cost of the benefit plans, thus giving you more money back in your pocket, compared to other operators in our field.
