      Pros

      Nine Energy Service has made a significant investment in their employees by documenting career path progression and laying out a clear plan on how to achieve your goals. When you combine that with having a dedicated Leadership Development team, growth in your career is inevitable.

      Cons

      Nine has a very strong culture and is full of employees that are intrinsically driven. If you are looking for an easy job where you can just phone it in, this is not the place for you.

      Pros

      Management takes care of its employees. They realize that the employees are the biggest assets of the company.

      Cons

      The workload is heavy. Nine is not ideal for slackers! But if you put in the effort you can have a long productive career.

      Pros

      The people in the field office for Crest pumping are great.

      Cons

      Corporate office in Fort Worth is full of some catty, backstabbing women. Someone not liking you is plenty of reason to be fired.
