Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback on how we can improve our company. We're grateful for the time you spent with us and we appreciate your hard work. We're happy to say that in the past two years we've improved our marketing team greatly and will continue to work with the major sites (Facebook, Google, Yelp, etc.) to ensure they have our company listed with the proper designation of business. We feel this has been an issue for some time on these platforms and should clear up a major part of the misconceptions about Nine9. We've also been working on responding to every single review with education about Nine9 and how we do business which has been going very well. We'll be working on more concerted marketing efforts throughout the year so thanks again for the recommendation.
