Pros

- Fast paced environment - Decisions are made quickly - Managers and employees care to see the company be successful - Lots of smart, talented, and driven people

Cons

Nothing that I can think of! However, this might be a con for someone who is used to working in a slow-paced environment -- things change quickly here, and you need to be able to adapt.

Pros

Good compensation hourly and easy to make bonuses. People that work here are great !

Cons

Micromanaged slightly. There are also months called "blackout months" like August and December where you are not allowed to take any time off.
