Pros

You will work with smart people on the ground level who have a great understanding of how to make big things happen There is adequate internal advancement Pto is good

Cons

Upper management is oblivious to what they are doing to run the company into the ground, absolutely clueless in every way. You will work insane hours for no recognition, compensation that isn't competitive, and ultimately you will only achieve 10% of what you wanted to do and 5% of what the business leaders wanted. The CEO is self important, arrogant, and not someone you ever want to talk to, but he'll insert himself into places he shouldn't be regularly.

Young company, rapidly growing, smart people, teamwork oriented. If you have great ideas and are willing to roll up your sleeves, this is the place for you. Management encourages you to understand the industry and the business overall, rather than just doing your job in a vacuum. You get to help create the foundational framework of the business.

Cons

This could be a pro or con depending on your personality and work style: processes are still being fine-tuned and may shift based on the needs of the business, so you'll need to adapt quickly.

Pros

Fast paced environment where you can make a huge impact. Still very much a "the best idea wins" type of company. Lean into modern technology and data usage to help make the best decisions. Good culture. Everyone approaches things with a "let's just get the job done" attitude.

Cons

Fast paced has the downside of meaning that you wear a lot of hats as needed to get the job done.
