Pros

I'll be honest, joining a fast growing US company from the UK was a bit scary at first, we all heard some stories. But I had nothing to worry about, this is one of the best places I've worked at. The culture is amazing, leadership is transparent and honest, and people genuinely trust you to do your job. Zero micromanagement. It's privately owned and you can feel it, people here really just care about what they're building, not politics or optics. Don't be surprised if you end up meeting the CEO and having a casual, informal chat, that's just how it is here. Almost no meetings either, which is kind of crazy for a product this big, but it works because they're really good at splitting up work so nobody steps on each other's toes, and we all push together when it counts. On top of that it's fully remote, super flexible, the tech stack is solid and the pay is very good. Hard combo to beat.

Pros

The company has cultivated an exceptional culture built on transparency, accessibility, and a relentless focus on execution. A core principle is its "no-bullshit" approach, which emphasizes minimizing bureaucracy and avoiding unnecessary processes that slow people down. Employees at every level have direct access to leadership, including the CEO, and are encouraged to raise ideas, concerns, or challenges openly—whether through a quick Slack message or a face-to-face conversation. The CEO remains deeply involved in the business and is widely respected across the organization, inspiring teams in ways that are difficult to quantify but evident in the company's performance and commitment. This culture of ownership, trust, and openness has enabled the company to achieve extraordinary growth, driven by people who genuinely care about the mission and consistently work to turn seemingly impossible goals into reality.

Cons

The pace of the company is exceptionally fast, and it is not an environment where individuals can succeed by doing the bare minimum. Employees are regularly challenged to solve complex problems associated with rapid growth, often operating in situations where there is no established playbook. As a result, the work can be demanding and stressful, but it is also highly rewarding for those who thrive in high-performance environments. The company's product ecosystem is sophisticated and requires a significant investment of time and effort to fully understand. New employees often face a steep learning curve, and those who are unwilling to immerse themselves in the details may struggle to gain context, make informed decisions, and contribute effectively.

Pros

There are so many pros, so I'll keep it short and brief for each point: - Competitive salary - Excellent growth opportunities (I see promotion announced very often) - Incredible culture; Everyone is very nice and welcoming - Hybrid/Remote (Role-dependent) - Unlimited PTO - Comped lunches

Cons

- No 401K matching - That's all I can think of honestly
