      Pros

      The people are awesome and always willing to try to help you

      Cons

      Unattainable goals, and dishonest leadership. The company over-hired quickly on the SDR team and we are facing the consequences of that. Overall extremely disorganized and even managers are quitting. Be extremely wary of the lies they tell in the interview process to get you to want to work here. The OTE looks high but no one on the team actually makes anywhere near that, so keep that in mind when comparing other offers.

      Pros

      Flat hierarchy, no one is above the other, ideas are always welcome. It's the first company I have worked with that actually listens to new strategies from the ground up. A company that celebrates success And your individual hardwork actually pays off and can be reflected in your KPI

      Cons

      - None except for USA HQ putting pressure on mandatory email and dial numbers (It's just my personal opinion, because I feel that if the person is hitting or exceeding his daily KPIs perhaps the pressure Could be lowered. Also putting extensive pressure on people who are meeting numbers might turn potential sales champions to leave the business)
