      Pros

      Ninja is a company where all leaders and employees are pasionate about what they do. The dedication to building a successful company is shared amongst everyone and exceptionally encouraging to all at the company. Everyone is on the same team with the same goal in mind: to win! Clear communication from management means that there are minimal questions when it comes to direction for the future. Advancement is rewarded by hard work which is more than acknowledged.

      Gowing pains means that things change fast and often.

      Pros

      My 4 favorite things about working at Ninja 1) I have full autonomy to do my job. My boss gives me direction and support, but trusts me to do what I think is best for the business. 2) People work hard here. And those that go above and beyond, are recognized and rewarded. 3) We have 130+ employees right now, so everyone's efforts (from the SDRs to customer support to the IT department) have a direct impact on the business. 4) Snacks and free lunch :)
