7yThank you for your feedback. I'm not sure what your employment dates were, but this is surprising to read because we have had a HR department for almost a year and our turnover is currently at 4% (compared to the industry average of 23%).
Our employees recognize the opportunity Ninja has to grow exponentially in the future and are emotionally invested in the success of the company. We have an agile, passionate culture, but we understand that work environment might not be for everyone.
