      Pros

      During my tenure at Ninja as a Software Engineer, I have had the pleasure to work with some of the best engineers, support, and other tech staff out there. Everyday, the team supports each other to bring the best possible product for our users and drive innovation to compete in a tough marker. In addition, all departments work collaboratively to make the company a success. I can recommend Ninja to anyone who values working with great people all focused on success and results.

      Cons

      The HQ office is a five hour flight away from me.

      Pros

      Great sales culture. Very diverse, yet a very tight-knit group. Family atmosphere in the office. Those who don't fit in, don't typically stick around for much time. Comp model that is weighted to reward top performers really well. I have been here for a couple of years, and I can see that this is an environment that will provide career paths as to those who perform. I've had great success in the time I've been here, but most importantly, i have had nothing but knowledge around me to feed off of. I have the utmost respect for management. I have no doubt that we will continue to thrive for and achieve success.

      Cons

      Ninja is growing at a blistering pace. This is a good thing, but you will need to constantly be on your toes in regards to making sure that you pick at the very brilliant and experienced brains around you. This is not the place for you if you are unwilling to learn new things all of the time, and/or if you are unwilling to put in the work!

      Pros

      The people really make Ninja hum, both on the tech side (where I am) and on the sales and operations side. The company is doing great, and it feels like everybody is excited to be on board. The vibe is hard-working and casual at the same time. The organization structure is flat enough that anybody can bring up ideas to anybody else in the company and have the ideas be taken seriously. Really hard to say what I would improve.

      Cons

      When we have the full team in the office, including remote employees, it can get a little crowded and bustling. Probably getting to the point where we need a bigger space.
