      Pros

      NinjaRMM, by far, has the most caring and engaged work force that I've ever worked with. From development team to SDR, NinjaRMM staff are genuinely passionate about building a product that is simple to use and makes their customer's jobs easier.

      Cons

      There aren't many cons at Ninja because concerns are addressed quickly and efficiently at every level of the organization. The one area of opportunity as Ninja continues to grow would be to re-evaluate and improve the health benefits package

      Pros

      I really enjoy working at Ninja. The work environment is the perfect balance between fun, engaging, and result producing. Working in a smaller company with very driven colleagues is the perfect place for growth and opportunity. Our CEO has experience with many previous successful startups and the management team is very skilled in this space.

      No downsides working at Ninja.

      By far the best place i have worked for. From Higher Management to down everyone is beyond supportive. The team is amazing and the product itself is great. The company invests a lot in their employees and rewards great performance.
