Pros

- The office has snacks if you go into the. office - You make friends commiserating with the other reps

Cons

-You are set up to fail unless you are a man and get along with the good ole boys right away, they'll set aside and give you all the good leads for outbound and call for you to help you hit quota while everyone else and the girls are left scrambling (while being told "come on girls, we need girl power, beat the boys!") -If you're disabled, you will be harrassed about being sick or doctor's appointments or just outright forced to disclose your disability so that you can take care of your own health without being guilted and threatened. -Training is completely nonexistent, they give you access to DropBox and some Udemy learning courses and tell you good luck and after a week you start trying to navigate their spam filled Salesforce accounts and hit an insanely high quota of 25 outbound a month. -The inbound team is hitting 60+ demos a month when all of the outbound reps are repeatedly on PIP and expressing how many issues they have, but it all fall on deaf ears. -You are not valued or listened to, they implement no changes brought up by reps and most issues are actually hidden by the manager so they don't look bad to higher ups. -There is 0 sales ops to help outbound reps deal with flooded accounts with spam and invalid contacts, the reps don't even all have even access to ZoomInfo. They only give that to some reps to help them out, others are left on their own. -They claim to be against hustle culture, but I had senior reps constantly saying you can't take sick time or PTO and you need to be working 3 extra hours every day to clean your data in order to hit quota. -There is ZERO communication between middle management, senior management, and the top leadership. And it's very much on purpose by the senior management. They've had people go over their head due to avoiding issues or outright not handling things they've been made aware of multiple times.

Pros

Great product Great customers Free lunch Personable C-Suite

Cons

Customer Success VP has a god complex. Thinks he has all the right answers and is full of false promises. We feel most management is just trying to coast until they can cash out with stock. Trying not to cause any waves in fear of losing out on a giant payday. No career path or room for promotions even though been promising it’s coming for years. The better the company does the more they change the comp plan to make it harder to hit OTE goals. Too many accounts per AM partly due to the high turnover. Managing 275+ account and no forgiveness on any churn. “Hybrid” means you get to work from home 3 days a month. No 401k matching

Pros

The people you work with are great. The office is very cool. They provide lunch and snacks. It's a good place to get some IT sales experience, but I don't recommend staying at the company long-term.

Cons

Management is intent on trying to stop outbound SDRs from hitting their quota. The Quota is 14 demos a month and the average is 1 SDR actually hitting it each month. Some month's no outbound SDR hits quota. The average number is 7 demos a month. Which means you only make about $850 a month in commission. The first five demos are worth $70 and the second 5 are worth $100 each. Demo numbers 10-13 are $125 and the 14th demo is worth $870. Plus, there is a points system for each demo based on endpoint count. So you can hit 14 demos and still not get the full quota. You need 24 points, which also adds up to an additional $750. They usually do not tell the SDRs this until the ramp quota is over. After the first 3 months, it becomes challenging to make money. On LinkedIn, they used to say the Base pay was $50,000 and the OTE commission was $85,000. No outbound SDR has ever hit every month. I recommend becoming an Inbound SDR or a Revival SDR. The Outbound SDRs are treated like children and are forced to come into the office if management feel like making SDRs work in office. They say all SDRs are lazy and should not work from home, but almost every Inbound SDR is allowed to work from home. Plus, they have the easiest job at the company and most of them even make more than the Account Executives.
