Pros

Great company and product, wish NinjaRMM existed when I was a Systems Administrator, All these tools we provide the customer would have helped the daily, weekly and monthly tasks as I was always on call to troubleshoot issues on site vs being able to just remote in monitor and manage. We've got great team members and employees. I've been with Ninja 6 years and counting. Really enjoy working with everyone honestly. I've held incredible employment tenure in the last 25 years, roughly 4x companies and this is by far the best I've enjoyed. We as a company really have a product that can and will improve the industry as we grow and accommodate the needs for tech 'remote' industry. Regards with my team, we've all worked roughly the same amount of time within Ninja, but we also share a passion of figuring out issues and resolving them for the customer, and assisting development for design improvement. Additionally I enjoy spend time during work and of my personal time learning our product as best as I can. For my understanding, as well as sharing that info. For example as I dedicated my time to our NMS portion of our product, and I've learned so much. I feel I've accomplished something daily on a daily basis while working here, and I love it!

Cons

I would say there is a single con. 1. It may just be my upbringing and how I got into the industry, but I am truly curious about all aspects of our product and strive daily to learn something new. If I don't know the answer, if I have the time and it permits, with my work schedule, I'll figure it out regardless. This mindset empowered my ability to service customers as I could 'look' and 'listen' to the problems a customer has and assess properly or as best as I can with what I have or then go to find out. I feel support doesn't have this same drive or passion and it makes it hard it to get others learn internally and grow.

Pros

I received really clear, kind, and regular communication from the recruiter. I went through several rounds of interviews cross functionally with stakeholders I would be working with. The culture came through as a positive place, fast moving, with smart hard working toward clear growth targets. The offer was a good one and I am happy I accepted. Product marketing at NinjaOne covers a broader scope than I have experienced in past roles, encompassing product strategy, pricing strategy, product operations, competitive and go to market which drew me to the company and has proved interesting and compelling so far!

Cons

As the company has grown and is now getting to be a larger organization, the benefits left a little bit to be desired, but are made up for by good compensation.
