Pros

There is not enough characters to describe how much I love working for Ninja. The culture, leadership, my role and responsibilities, the people i GET to spend my days working with are incredible. I have never once felt the dread of going to work, I get excited to work everyday. Our product is incredible, our development team just keeps building new cool features that actually work. This is the least amount of stress, but the most impactful job i've ever had and I feel fulfilled on a daily basis.

Cons

Sometimes the free catered lunch has feta. lol. I have nothing to complain about at all.

Pros

Good financial incentives to exceed quota. Great upper management They leadership actively tries to listen to concerns and resolve them Company culture is incredibly chill, very friendly employees. The product actually useful and easy to sell. Free Lunch.

Cons

Monthly quotas can be hard to maintain Simple fixes can take a week or more to fix due to corporate bloat Not all managers are created equally Internal promotions are highly competitive leading to a feeling of being stuck in the role if you aren't a top performer.

Pros

NinjaOne has a fantastic culture of collaboration. Teams work well across functions, knowledge is shared openly, and leadership is approachable and supportive. The APAC region has a strong support structure with great responsiveness, resources, and empowerment at a local level. It is a results-driven organisation where people work hard but also know how to have fun. The APAC team strikes a great balance by staying focused on outcomes while maintaining a positive and enjoyable team environment.

Cons

Like any fast-growing company, some processes are still evolving, and working across global time zones can mean the occasional late or early call. These are small trade-offs for being part of a company with strong leadership, great culture, and a bright future.
