The culture at NinjaOne is fantastic and the people that we work with the friendly and always available to help!! We have a hybrid work environment and NinjaOne provide lunch everyday. Overall the atmosphere is welcome and inviting.

Pros

Unbelievable growth built on tremendous customer satisfaction, product value prop and the hard-working employees around the globe who keep those first two factors as their guiding principles while truly supporting each other.

Cons

Rapid growth brings bumps along the way, but I'm honestly amazed at just how few "growing pains" I've witnessed. Humble leaders go a long way towards solving problems quickly when they do come up.

Can vape out on floor, a few coworkers.

Cons

Favoritism, lack of accounts, no sense of professionalism. Upper management across the board makes you wonder how they got there. They will try to force you to work after hours to boost performance.
