      Pros

      Top to bottom the culture is open. Everyone seems more interested in finding right answers than being right and are focused on what customers need. Pay and benefits are competitive, but not top of the market. Overall, the happiest I've been to work at a place for well over a decade.

      Cons

      Not really a lot to say that's negative except some of the usual things where there may be some operational maturity items and the occasional documentation gaps that rely on tribal knowledge. All manageable and still generally easy to find the answers needed and proposed operational changes are taken seriously. In some ways it might be better this way as it forces peer interactions so tough to really call it a con.

      Pros

      I’ve been at NinjaOne for a month, and it’s already clear this is a special place. The company feels like a rocket ship—full of energy, direction, and serious lift-off potential. From day one, I’ve felt supported by incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable teammates who are eager to help and truly care. There’s a strong sense of purpose and momentum here. I actually look forward to each workday—something I haven’t felt in a long time. The culture is collaborative, focused, and human. I feel lucky to be part of it.

      Only con: not finding this sooner.
