Everything. I'm here to tell you I've read some reviews on our VP. They are all lies. Anyone who says otherwise either thinks they deserve more than they do or are upset that they didn't get instant gratification. It's a job, come in and do it. I do mine every day and my career path looks great.

Cons

No real cons with the company as a whole but we do have some people working here who act like they are in high school.

co workers are cool, free lunch even though it's not good... snacks in office i guess.

Cons

downtown austin is a joke, and smells, homeless people walk around naked traffic sucks, everyone's a sitting duck in traffic looking at how dumb you and the other person is for driving down town when you can do the job on your computer. not true hybrid. they'll 'make' you come in when they want.. leadership is terrible, pay is for high school/college grads. new hires just drink their kool aid, but their lives will eventually be drained and they will see.

Most mangers are very constructive and give lots of opportunity for feedback. AMAZING co-workers. Free lunch 2/3 days a week. Free beverages always Gym included.

Cons

Quota attainment is not adjusted for each market = entire teams will almost never hit quota. Very high KPI's
