Pros

NinjaOne has an incredible culture built on genuinely good people. From day one, the collaborative spirit is obvious - everyone is supportive, leadership is accessible, and there's a real sense of being part of something meaningful. The energy here is contagious and it shows up in the day-to-day work.

Cons

Do not have any at this time.

Pros

Free lunch and mostly nice colleagues.

Cons

The environment is pretty toxic, from management to insane workloads. Every month you have a target and churn affects that with a rollover too. Churn is also unrealistic with CSM’s getting pinged for companies going into liquidation or being acquired. IIT and MSP are weighted evenly by management when they are completely different, MSP generally makes more comms than IIT with less effort. Products are often pushed to be sold when they’re not ready for market. And a lot of reactive decisions impacting business units are changed multiple times with little to no comms. Everyone is so focused on winning logos but no effort in supporting the people who retain them. A lot of people feel undervalued and underpaid so leave. It’s a shame as the ratings give the illusion that it’s a great place to work, but there’s a lot of work that should be done to make it great.

Pros

The core product and technology are genuinely interesting and market-leading. Some great, talented peers on the ground-level teams who are all trying to support one another through the workload.

Cons

Extra tasks and responsibilities are constantly added to your plate under the guise of "career development" and promises of future promotion. In reality, these promises rarely materialize, and it feels more like a tactic to extract extra labor. The baseline KPIs are already set unreasonably high—achieving them practically requires working past standard hours. When you add the extra "growth" tasks on top of that, maintaining any semblance of work-life balance becomes impossible. The management style tends toward the toxic side when under pressure. If you struggle to meet the unrealistic KPIs because you are drowning in the extra tasks they assigned you, the response is micromanagement and blame rather than support or prioritization.
