I've been working at NinjaOne for over 6 years, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best work environments I’ve ever been a part of. The culture here is incredibly collaborative, and supportive. Leadership genuinely cares about both personal and professional growth, and there's a strong emphasis on work-life balance. What really stands out is how approachable and down-to-earth everyone is—from peers to executives. Wins are celebrated, ideas are heard, and feedback is welcomed. Cons

Not sure of any cons since I mostly keep my head down and focus on my thing but like any other company there will be challenges and bumps along the ride but people usually figure things out.

Our CEO genuinely cares about our teams; he takes the time to try to get to know everyone well, and actually wants to know what they want out of life.

As with any company in growth mode, it's busy. There's always something to do, and always a way to make things even better and more efficient. This presents an invaluable opportunity for anyone to create new ways of doing things; new ways to approach a problem with a new solution.
