      Pros

      The people. The culture. The product, and how much customers love it.

      Cons

      The company is growing very quickly and it's hard to maintain the same culture with such an influx of new employees. So far though, we seem to have figured it out.

      Pros

      NinjaOne culture is second to none. Every company preaches how their company is the best and the culture is amazing, Ninja actually follows through on that. NinjaOne’s product is an absolute need to have and is cornering the market for Internal IT. BUT this is not a place you want to just slide by. You will work hard and there will be challenges just like any company, but if you come in and work hard, be honorable, and do what you are supposed to do, you will get noticed and you will go where you want to go. No company is perfect, but NinjaOne is the closest I have come to one in awhile.

      Cons

      Like most companies, it can’t take awhile to get things done and go through the “red tape” but it eventually gets done.
