      A company that actually cares about you, Company is ran on a one tier basis, even though there is different ranking titles. The lowest level person can go right to the CEO if needed. Everyone is treated the same to achieve the one common goal be the best and be the best place to work.

      I've been here for almost two years and it's been a fantastic experience. NinjaOne truly cares about its employees, creating a supportive and collaborative work culture with approachable management and plenty of opportunities for growth. The team is full of passionate, friendly people who genuinely love what they do, which makes for a positive and motivating environment.

      Cons

      Working remotely can feel isolating at times but the flexibility and work-life balance make up for it.
