Pros

Leadership leads by example which sets the tone of the culture at NinjaOne.

Cons

Expectations are high and you will be challenged to wear multiple hats. I'd argue that this is more of a pro since you will grow from this experience

Pros

Fantastic culture and benefits. Upler management loves exchanging ideas and implementing the best ones. Real Startup. Be ready for a lot of changes. They have very good training and ramping period.

Cons

Outbound is where you wont make the OTE. Only 5 %( if so) outbound SDRs hit quota. Go to revival or inbound or MSP revival to be hitting quota and making money.

Pros

Working at NinjaOne has been the best decision I’ve made in my career. The company is dedicated to innovation and making a real impact in the industry. The environment is supportive and collaborative, with leadership that genuinely values feedback and continuous improvement. The focus on work-life balance, autonomy and the recognition of individual contributions make NinjaOne a fantastic place to work. If you’re looking for a role where you can make a significant difference and advance your career, I highly recommend NinjaOne.

Cons

The fast-paced work environment at NinjaOne means you'll need to adapt quickly to changes which can be difficult to implement with a large, fast-moving team. The company prioritizes finding solutions and supporting employees, rather than placing blame for factors beyond their control. If you're not self-sufficient, you may fall behind, as you will occasionally face resource constraints and unexpected tasks. However, these are common things I've run into at every company throughout my career.
