Favoritism, lack of accounts, no sense of professionalism. Upper management across the board makes you wonder how they got there. They will try to force you to work after hours to boost performance.

Not really a lot to say that's negative except some of the usual things where there may be some operational maturity items and the occasional documentation gaps that rely on tribal knowledge. All manageable and still generally easy to find the answers needed and proposed operational changes are taken seriously. In some ways it might be better this way as it forces peer interactions so tough to really call it a con.
