Ninja has been such a great company to work for overall. The company culture is very family like with everyone being nothing short of amazing and kind, I felt welcome as soon as I joined the team. The opportunities I've had since joining the company have been plenty, they really work with you on trying to help you reach your goals as much as possible. They also keep things very fresh, there has not been a day that I've woken up and thought to myself "I really don't want to go to work today".

Ninja is a company where all leaders and employees are pasionate about what they do. The dedication to building a successful company is shared amongst everyone and exceptionally encouraging to all at the company. Everyone is on the same team with the same goal in mind: to win! Clear communication from management means that there are minimal questions when it comes to direction for the future. Advancement is rewarded by hard work which is more than acknowledged.
