      It has being a year working remotely for NinjaRMM and I'm super excited to be here. A team of amazing professionals and awesome leadership make this company special. There is no lack of challenges and your skills will definitely be tested. I'm confident the future is bright for the company and I'm more than happy to be a part of it.

      This is no place for slackers, you will regret leaving your easy job.

      Pros

      It has been a pleasure to be a part of the Ninja team as the company grows and the product scales to support thousands of customers. Since I've been part of the team, I've had the opportunity to work on many new features and worked across the stack from ReactJS user interfaces to server-side Java, PostgreSQL, and AWS. Everyone on the team is very friendly, supportive, and talented. The company is very transparent in its ambitions and I am excited about the years to come.

      Cons

      With so many features in development and many customers to support, we all wear many hats and need to change focus frequently to rapidly respond to customers.

      Pros

      The environment is very conducive to learning new technologies and allows for personal growth as a developer. Very smart and experienced group which makes collaboration effortless. The deployment targets for the application means performance considerations are always front and center, this translates to fun challenges for developers.

      Cons

      Remote work always presents a unique set of challenges that must be overcome, overall I think these are being handled well.
