Working at Ninja has been an amazing experience since day 1, the company has a work life balance that I have never seen in any other company that I've worked. Every single person that works at Ninja and that I have the pleasure to talked to have been always very nice and always trying to help as much as they can. I would absolutely recommend anyone to work at Ninja. The culture of the company is beyond amazing. I can say that I LOVE MY JOB AND I LOVE THE COMPANY

I love the culture of the company. Everybody is involved in the company destiny and you really feel that your work make a difference. They follow an employee retention strategy, this make everybody to constantly think about how to make things better. Flexibility and team work spirit is real at ninja.
