Zero. This place is toxic.

Cons

Toxic atmosphere, bullying, forced after hours “team building” that solely revolves around alcohol, mandatory self-filmed YouTube videos to boost their online presence even if you don’t want to record yourself, cliquey and poor pay. They make fun of other employees and even video tape them to laugh at later. Stay away!!!
