      Independent work, not stuck in an office. Decent pay for not needing qualifications

      Cons

      Issues with getting materials needed. Customers not being educated on billing system less than ideal truck maintenance and frequent breakdowns Repetitive easily burnt out after 2 years

      They cannot keep employees (sorry, associates) to work in the plant which makes life difficult for everyone else.
