      Pros

      Working here has been great. Ownership and Leaders do care about your well being, but also your development. I have worked here 20 plus years and it has been awesome. If you want to have a prosperous career, Nixon Medical is the place.

      Cons

      The only con would be if you don't want to challenge yourself then Nixon Medical isn't the place for you.
