Management horrible, pay is wack for the amount of work we do. Can’t take vacations either with having someone calling you saying someone is messing up your route

As for the compensation; we'll continue to find ways to improve our compensation and benefits program by evaluating the market trends and industry average. Compensation on par with industry.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations from sales, certain mgrs micromanage good reps out door and others do nothing at all. Training requirements for sales presumptuous and unrealistic. Little regard for work/life balance, core values are all for show.

Great Company, but it is not for everybody

Pros

The Company is committed to it's core purpose, values, and vision. Based on the actions of the leadership team, it is clearly on the move. Nixon Medical is a great place to work for associates who are a good fit with the Company's values.

Cons

For those who do not fit the values, it isn't likely to be a great experience. Namely, people who are not interested in improving their self-awareness and introspection. The core purpose of the organization is professional and personal growth, and associates who are not interested in owning their stories, behaviors, etcetera may be challenged and frustrated in this environment.
