      Pros

      The monthly meetings are nice, but I rarely get to attend at Sheraton.

      Cons

      Hard...hard work. The HR group are sharks and out for the kill. They will hide many details to stay a float. ALOT of turn over for the hourly workers. The bonus are a joke and not realistic.
