Pros

The children were incredible. They made it possible to endure the red tape and daily frustrations.

Cons

I did not receive support. When I was asked for weekly meetings to discuss the trends I noticed in classrooms and difficulties children were having, I was ignored.

Pros

Opportunities for possible growth and some bonuses

Cons

This network is governed by a system of favoritism. You can be overly qualified and educated, but its all about who the dictator principal once to put into certain positions. And if you're a classroom assistant or facilities employee, you are treated like a second class citizen.
