Pros

The Noble community is a diverse, results orientated, and student success driven machine. Teachers and admin alike put in countless hours in order to ensure that students are using their potential to the fullest. Everyday we are refining our approach and analyzing the data to find new ways to reach students. The people here are focused on how to improve student outcomes.

Cons

The work-life balance is sometimes hard to find. It's not uncommon to spend the entirety of ones free time working on curriculum building, data analysis, or anything else the job demands. The expectations are very high, and due to at will employment, teachers like myself feel the pressure to perform at the highest level at all times.
