      Pros

      I have been at Noble for 8 years, and I find the care for the staff can't be matched. The principal at my school cares about each teacher as an individual and is flexible to match our needs. The rigor in classes is unmatched, and the culture is on point. It is easy to teach at Noble because the students are not distracting and being respectful and engaged!

      I don't think Noble has any cons - I love this place!
