Pros

None. No pros. Nothing nice.

Cons

Ben Gunty ruined the place. He only taught for less than 5 years before becoming principal. He came from Teach for America, and before that, he worked at Abercrombie. There is no culture of feedback in the school system. Prepare to be gaslit by Noble

Cons

Very little structure in schools right now. Leadership from the network is not very involved yet makes decisions on school policies etc. unsafe for staff and students

Pros

Black boy joy is the only pro

Cons

A white male in Leadership has admitted to steering students from HBCU colleges because he feel as if they weren’t good. Guess what, he was promoted shortly after. This place is a joke. They have an anti-racial “theme” that’s quite frankly racist as ever. They only promote the people they want to. They allow anyone to teach kids with no proper degree, cert or training. They will allow any one to teach and kids don’t learn anything but instead play all day with no proper discipline structure. So many ppl in different departments have similar experiences with poor management.
