Pros

Everyone is great to work with and I felt welcomed from the beginning. I have been supported by my manager for personal development opportunities and growth in my role. Work like balance is also good.

Cons

Pay is okay/good but not great. The company also feels a bit siloed, there is not that much collaboration beetween different divisions.

Cons

with the current political climate they are hesitant about offering raises, government contract work in general
