Pros

Noblis is a consulting firm and I was lucky to work with good managers and supervisors on a good project. My project was interesting enough and I worked on product development which was great. Flexibility to work almost anywhere throughout the building, nice facilities, onsite gym, good people, free snacks and coffee/tea. Senior management wants you to do well. They offer education assistance as well.

Cons

Not much was quite pleased with the environment.

A truly special organization that cares about the employees and the client. I hope to work at Noblis for the rest ofy working career. It is a winner in every sense of the word.

Cons

Competing against unscrupulous companies is always tough for a highly ethical company.

Used to be company of experts but now is great place only for early career professionals since experts are being fired every week

Cons

If you make more that $40/hour, you are too expensive to work here. Projects are bid cheaply with any resume pulled from the database. Staff availability is not considered. Experienced people are being let go every week.
