Pros

Higher-than-average salaries (mostly due to inflated rates to government agencies), people at client sites truly have the best intentions for their respective clients and have the chops to do amazing work.

Cons

Peak behind the curtain and you see that the former Emperor, and now current Empress, have no clothes. On the surface, ethics and "doing what's right" is the message that permeates the company. However, there are a lot of unethical behaviors occurring in the top ranks, including covering up harassment, bad behavior, and targeting of employees that management feels don't "fall in line". Demonstrating fealty is rewarded more than demonstrating independent thought.

Management Team Lacks Integrity, Transparency & Ethics

Pros

Working level colleagues are highest quality and caliber. Within a team, depending on manager , colleagues are very collaborative, intelligent, energizing. Salary is high. Benefits are excellent.

Cons

"For the Best of Reasons" couldn't be farther from the truth. Definitely NOT one of the most ethical companies out there - those accolades should be removed. Executive leadership is unethical and lacks integrity, is not transparent or honest. Middle managers "fall in line" and accept the behaviors of senior leadership for fear of job loss or other retribution. They force out, fire, marginalize ANY level of staff who push back on processes and ask questions. Special interest communities (DEI types of communities) are paid lip service without actual action or true support. Middle management and above are cutthroat - eat or be eaten is the mantra. Mile Corrigan, current CEO, will throw you under the bus if you disagree with her. She does not trust her own team and has no true interest in the people working for her. She is aggressive and sabotages other women in the firm. While she has a bright STEM mind, her business acumen is questionable and she leans heavily on her inner circle for advice and decision making (as well as former CEO Amr ElSawy). She is intolerant of opinions differing from hers. She insists on "secrets" and not communicating "bad news" to others within Noblis or clients and creates a cover up or shut up culture. The legal team uses their position to support this cover up or shut up culture, creating false accusations with a complete lack of ethics and integrity. And Deb Drake - Chief People Officer - is complicit with Corrigan and the legal team, enabling terrible treatment of staff who don't fall in line (including unfounded termination).

Pros

Noblis really is a great place to work. Work/Life balance is good. Emphasis on family, treating each other with respect, and focus on ethical behavior. Robust intern program.

Cons

Ever-Increasing pressure to do more with less. Once-stellar benefits package has eroded over time.
