Noblis has adapted extremely well to a changing Govt Contracting environment transitioning to more competitive procurements while preserving its commitment to pursuing high level work. Noblis values the role of its SMEs and has learned how to remain competitive through strategic "greening" of its workforce. Recent competitive award wins show that this strategy is working. Noblis sponsored research provides employees opportunities to be innovative and spend company time exploring areas of research they believe would benefit our county and communities; Mgmt is committed to an open door policy

This used to be a great place to work especially with the large number of SMEs. If you are under 35 this is still a very good place to work. Try to pick the brains of the remaining SMEs. If you are under 35 I would give 4 stars for career opportunities otherwise stay away. Noblis used to do the high end work but with more staff just out of school and SMEs leaving this will not happen much any more.

Cons

Company is finding numerous ways of RIFFING "older staff." If you are over 50 and looking for work stay away from Noblis. Upper management is cliquish and secretive. The closer you get to Amr the more you need to be a Yes Man/Woman

Pros

Noblis has a new career roadmap that tells the employee what they have to do to get head. They provide a great work/life balance I have not seen elsewhere. They provide a collaborative work environment, individual development and a supportive management team. They have a liberal telecommuting policy. Most employees still get yearly bonuses based on company performance.

Cons

Employees need more communications to them.
